Care Advice:

Our covers are made using waterproof fabric, but to maximise the life of your cushions we recommend bringing them indoors or covering your furniture during prolonged rain or when not in use. Rain may seep into the cushions through the zip or seams.

Important Information

The covers are made to measure specifically for your requirements, therefore once received they are not returnable unless there is a fault with the fabric or sewing.

All cushions are made from raw fabric and cannot be re-sold. Each item is produced specifically for your order and we do not hold any stock.

If there is a fault with the fabric (for example, a tear or rip), we will replace the cover. However, ordering the wrong colour does not constitute a fault, as this is the customer's choice at the time of ordering.

Any faults must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

If a fault is identified with a cover, the item must be returned for inspection. Once confirmed, we will replace the faulty item. All covers are inspected before dispatch, so such cases are expected to be very rare.
